However, since all items are custom-made (tailored to your specific order details), we unfortunately cannot accept returns. We do not offer monetary refunds. Production takes up to 10 working days, depending on complexity, as each piece is made by hand for superior quality. Delivery Options Standard Delivery: 20–30 working days (Free) Expedited Delivery: ~17 working days ($15) Express Delivery: 4–7 working days ($33) Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. EET are processed the same day.
